1. Platform Services & Overview

SteelMumbai.com is an online business-to-business (B2B) directory and quotation marketplace connecting structural steel buyers (contractors, builders, fabricators, and engineers) with verified steel wholesalers, stockists, manufacturers, and distributors operating in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane, and surrounding regions.

Services provided via the platform include:

• Public Supplier Directory: Searchable listings of steel product wholesalers, material specs, business addresses, and verified member badges.
• Request for Quotation (RFQ): Multi-supplier lead routing where buyers submit material enquiries that are distributed to matching listed suppliers.
• Supplier Portal & Dashboard: Supplier account registration, catalog management, verified badge applications, and direct lead management.
• Internal B2B Steel Marketplace: Direct trade listings and quotes between registered steel suppliers.
• Direct Messaging & Chat: Real-time messaging between prospective buyers and suppliers.

2. Supplier Registration & GST Compliance

Suppliers registering or claiming business profiles on SteelMumbai.com warrant and represent that:

• All submitted details, including business name, legal entity status, GSTIN, phone numbers, office addresses, and product catalogs, are authentic, accurate, and kept up-to-date.
• They possess a valid Goods and Services Tax Identification Number (GSTIN) issued by appropriate tax authorities where applicable.
• They hold all necessary licenses, permits, and authority to distribute and sell the steel products listed on their catalog.
• SteelMumbai.com reserves the absolute right to reject, suspend, or permanently remove any business profile that contains false information, invalid GSTIN numbers, or engages in fraudulent activities.

3. Wallet Credits, Subscriptions & Invoicing

Certain features on SteelMumbai.com—including unlocking direct buyer RFQ contact details, claiming verified member badges, and participating in internal B2B trade bidding—require purchasing platform wallet credits or verified member subscriptions.

• Pricing & Taxes: All credit package prices and verification subscription fees are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable GST (18%) is calculated and billed on every invoice.
• Billing Entity: All platform invoices and payment processor transactions are issued by and processed under our tech operator entity Turtles Web (GSTIN: 27CSIPA1542H1Z1).
• Credit Usage & Expiration: Wallet credits are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for monetary currency, and strictly reserved for unlocking platform leads and feature usage. Unused credits remain in the supplier's account balance subject to standard platform expiration terms.

• Distribute malicious software, spam, or unsolicited communications via the platform chat system (`ajax_chat.php`).

7. Intellectual Property

All content on SteelMumbai.com—including logo designs, user interfaces, clean URL architecture, source code, ranker algorithms, databases, and written copy—is the exclusive intellectual property of SteelMumbai.com and Turtles Web, protected under Indian and international copyright laws. Unauthorised reproduction, copying, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.
